Our Service Team
- Two chefs de rang with full financial responsibility – primarily responsible for the drinks service, hotel bar and à la carte service. Most drinks are served from the bar and each waiter has their own allotment of wine, mineral water, etc. Waiters are paid a fixed wage and also receive a cut of the takings.
- One chef de rang and two to four commis de rang – provide service for our half board guests. Responsibility for breakfast and evening meal service.
