Waterfall Tour

From Hintertux/ Glacier Cableway valley station, way uphill along the waterfalls/Whale Mouth, then through the Kleegruben to the Lärmstangen lift – Sommerberg alpine pasture, way downhill. Water, flowers and the sparkling snow-covered panorama will characterize this unforgettable walking-tour. Special feature: comfortable track, even when it is hot or cold.

Grüblspitze Mountain / Junsalm Alpine Pasture

From Lanersbach/ Eggalm cableway valley station, way uphill by Eggalm cableway up to 2000 m, to the Grüblspitze, way downhill through the Zilljöchl beneath the Zinten and through alpine rose slopes to the Lanersbach tavern. Special feature: comfortable walking-tour, at the alpine cheese dairy Stoankasern you may taste and buy cheese.

Tettensjoch Pass

From Lanersbach. Direct uphill path to Kreuzjoch/Tettensjoch. Way downhill from the Kreuzjoch and - if the group agree - through larches and stone pines woods.(pathless track) to the Höllenstein Hut. Special features: many alpine roses and beautiful larches and stone pines will accompany the hiker during his walking-tour.

Sommerberg - Kasererscharte – Frauenwand Mountains

From Hintertux/ Glacier Cableway valley station. Way uphill to the Sommerberg Pasture, to the Kasererscharte - Frauenwand, way downhill Tuxerjoch –stop – then through the Weitental Valley, to Hintertux. Special feature: pleasurable tour between the glacier ice and 3’000 m peaks.

Junssee Lake

From Hintertux by taxi to the Stoankasern tavern, way uphill through the Tote Böden to the Junssee Lake, same way back, stop at the Stoankasern. Special feature: the Junssee is a gorgeous lake located in the heart of a high alpine landscape (highest lake of the Tux foothills of the Alps). It is often frozen up throughout the whole summer.

Torsee Lake

From Lanersbach/ Eggalm Cableway valley station. Way uphill by Eggalm cableway, to the Grüblspitze/Zilljöchl and to the Ramsjoch. Way downhill to the Torsee Lakes, through the Nasse-Tux-Alm path, Gemais – Lanersbach. Special feature: one of the most beautiful panoramic tours with glacier view. Very diversified. Herbs, flowers and the mysterious lake beneath the impressive Torwand mountain will turn this walking-tour into an unforgettable experience for all your senses.

Wandspitze Mountain

From Hintertux Main Town Square (Dorfplatz) – way uphill to the Bichl pasture, through the Kellenspitze and the Wandspitze, steep way downhill into the Weitental Valley – Bichl pasture – Hintertux. You should not suffer from vertigo. Special feature: Gorgeous panoramic tour with 360°panorama and fantastic view of the white sparkling glacier. You may see many chamois and marmots.

AFrom Hintertux by taxi to the Junsalm Pasture, through the Zilljöchl to the Grüblspitze – way downhill by Eggalm cableway to Lanersbach or on foot through the Brand pasture.

Gamskarscharte Peak

from Hintertux by Taxi to the Junsalm pasture, way uphill through the Tote Böden to the Gamskarscharte. Way downhill into the Weitental Valley, through the Bichl pasture to Hintertux. Special feature: challenging mountain tour characterized by breathtaking panoramic views (especially of the Hintertux Glacier). Fragrant herbs and flowers, chamois and marmots will accompany the hiker along this tour.

Sommerberg - Kasererscharte – Lärmstange

From Hintertux/ Glacier Cableway valley station. Way uphill to the Sommerberg pasture, to the Kasererscharte - Lärmstange - Kasererscharte – way downhill to Hintertux or by cableway as agreed by participants. Special feature: pathless ascent of the Lärmstange – You should not suffer from vertigo. Agility is required!

Rastkogel Mountain

From Hintertux by taxi to the Lämmerbichl Pasture, way uphill through the Grindlscharte to the Rastkogel (most beautiful panoramic mountain of the Tux Foothills of the Alps with view of the Zugspitze), way downhill along the Rastkogel lakes –ideal place for a rest - Lanersbach. Special features: Diversified Tour. Hippoldspitze Peak

From Hintertux by taxi to the Vallruck pasture (highest alpine pasture of the Ziller Valley with an own little power plant). – way uphill to the Hippoldspitze, back through the Nederjoch - Nasse-Tux-Alm – Lanersbach.Stop: Vallruck Pasture. Special feature: Very beautiful view of the Karwendel mountains and the Ziller valley Alps.

Moorlehr Path

Vallruckalm - Torspitze – Torsee

From Hintertux by taxi to the Vallruck pasture. Way uphill along the Eiskar lake and the Eiskarscharte. Way downhill to the Torsee Lake, then into the Valley. This tour can be accessed only with a guide, since some tracks are pathless and prohibited areas.
