Our hygiene concept

• Specialized hygiene training for our employees in all areas
• Check-in: distance regulations, special information
• Numerous hand disinfectant dispensers in all public areas
• Berghof cuisine – our service staff maintains appropriate distances and when required wears mouth and nose protection. The distances between the tables are set according to the rules.  
• Crystal Spa with saunas and pools: the legal minimum distance regulation applies here, and we ask that you comply with the legally allowed number of people in a space. The very extensive spa and pool hygiene regulations ensure the best possible protection.  
• The frequency of cleaning has been increased – this especially applies to the disinfection of all frequently touched surfaces. In the rooms as well as in public areas such as the reception area, in the elevators, the lounge and bar, as well as the spa areas, the rooms are cleaned and disinfected several times a day. We use only approved disinfectants and cleaning products.   
• More in-depth disinfection for our already intensive and thorough room cleaning requires more time. We therefore ask for your understanding that check-in on your arrival day is possible only after 5:00 pm. This means that our cleaning team has more time, and you can enjoy a greater sense of security.   
• A trained Covid representative directly in the hotel ensures that all requirements are correctly implemented.
